The unit we got was luxurious and spotlessly clean with wine and a fantastic breakfast plus a beautiful view. The location was excellent in the hotel's restaurant at the evening and the staff here was attentive.

The hotel was fairly clean and fabulous, had magnificent views of the sea. The room was brand-new and beds were extremely comfy. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was fab to satisfy everyone. The location suited the needs, it was great in the center of Forte dei Marmi. Seafood restaurant Pesce Baracca was located 15 minutes walk away.
Their staff were poorly trained.

The units are brand-new, luxurious with balcony, a beautiful view and a walk in closet very large. The service is impeccable, includes free parking. Would return there, our stay was just perfect.

I got complimentary deluxe queen room with a marvelous balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. Location: the hotel was short walk to Lucca, which is a medieval town with ancient medieval walls surrounding the town center.

Really enjoyed my such wonderful stay for 5 nights. The location was marvellous, very close to everything, in the downtown area. Also, it was positioned at a short distance from tourist spot like Bagno Impero. The pool was great and the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amiable.
Some people working there were not always friendly.

The weather was beautiful, had fantastic stay for 5 nights. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and affable from arrival to departure. The location was marvellous and peaceful, for example, Bagno Roma di Levante was within walking distance of the hotel. You could walk to expensive shops and shops.
The staff we met were not that friendly.

Everything was well-maintained, friendly staff, great views of the sea and the mountains. The location was magnificent and amazing in an outdoor seating area, I thoroughly enjoyed it. And it was also really close to the centre of Forte, and a nice park across the street.

Perfect place for 1 night. It was a superior hotel, we enjoyed it. Attentive staff took care of us during our 1 day here. We got room with a bidet. Private parking was on site, EXCEPTIONAL service.
